The Mechanism of Devikrrupa is outfitted with the state of the art machinery, like CNC Turning Lathe, T.O.S boring machine, WMW thread milling machine, wanderer thread milling machine, grinding machine, Screw polishing machine, hydraulic press and a long cranes with the capacity of 5 to 15 ton.
Design & Development
Our design engineers work with the latest computer systems and software’s to prepare complete designs for your requirements with only a few basic dimensions required from your end. So, if you don’t have screw or barrel drawings, don’t worry – just relax, our team will do it for you. Even if you need some design modifications or developments, our rich experience is at your disposal and honestly. We enjoy innovation very much.
Gas Nitriding Furnace
We have in-house Gas Nitriding Furnace which as able to process the job up to 100mm diameter and 4500mm length. Our furnace is fully automatic microprocessor based control systems with PID precision. Our Nitriding furnace has given best hardening and surface treatment which given a long life to Nitro alloy materials.
